Grade 23 Titanium: 6AL-4V Eli Titanium, AMS 4930, ASTM f67

Alpha-beta alloy titanium has a wide range of uses, and grade 23 titanium in particular can develop high fracture toughness through a special milling process and heat treatment. This makes it an ideal material for surgical implants, salt water applications, and other similar applications. Like all titanium, it still provides incredible strength and durability along with a resistance to corrosives like acids and gasses. At Titanium Processing Center we offer grade 23 titanium in bar, billet, extrusions, plate, sheet, strip, and wire.

Take a look at some of the characteristics and properties listed on the chart to discover whether or not this material is right for your application. We specialize in Grade 23 Titanium including 6AL-4V Eli Titanium, AMS 4930, and ASTM f67. Contact us with any questions and we will work with you to determine your needs and make sure you get the right grade of titanium. We are a fully stocked provider, and most of our titanium will ship same or next day (if you require extra machining or fabrication it may take up to 24 hours).
